The data is collected on paper and electronically. It is either stored at the business address, on mailchimp marketing software (name, e-mail) or on the consultants’ laptops which are password protected and stored securely at their home addresses.
Any information collected on registers for Schools Conferences and workshops is destroyed immediately after the event.
E-mails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com are stored there. Any communication by mobile is collected and stored in the address book on the device.
